On Monday 23rd November 2020 WAPIZ had sent out a WhatsApp message asking persons in need of a Singer Hand Sewing Machine to contact WAPIZ as we had 15 new sewing machines to give through a donor. Within 24 hours we have received 32 requests. We went through the requests and prioritised giving to the truly needy and deserving, especially those who stitch sadras, lenghas etc. in order to augment their family income.
